Having worked as a Healer in Preston for a number of years, I find there are still many people who are uncertain about healing - what it is - what it does, and what it involves.

I have provided the information on my site to answer some of the questions you might wish to ask, but perhaps have not had the opportunity to do so, or met someone who could answer them.

You will find an article discussing what I believe healing is, from my own experience of giving and receiving it, the nature of natural healing and spiritual healing.

There is also a page which provides a basic outline of Chakras the metaphysical energy centres I focus on when giving Natural Healing, Reiki Healing and Crystal Healing. 

The chakra system plays a much more important part in our general health and wellbeing than many of us realise.  Our chakras could perhaps be described as our invisible antennae and if they are our of balance so are we, and vice versa.

Natural Healing and Reiki Healing both work as chakra balancing therapies.

I have been a Reiki Practitioner since 2003 and as general awareness of Reiki healing is becoming more widespread and the enquiries I receive about Reiki increase, I have included a brief description of what Reiki is, to help anyone who is interested in Reiki but has little or no understanding of the Reiki principle.

As a Reiki Master and Teacher I believe, like the Reiki Master I trained, with that Reiki teaching should be kept simple and straightforward and that fees for Reiki training should not be exhorbitant.

Whilst it is now possible, as with so many other things, to buy Reiki training online through CD's and a manual,  there is no substitute for the support and help given by the energy and loving guidance of a trained Reiki Master being present during the process. This is something that cannot be overvalued when that process is one of dealing with an energy principle, and attunement to a new  level of energy into our system.

I am therefore currently setting up my Reiki Teaching page which will provide details of dates for Reiki teaching and attunements.

The Level 1 Reiki training and attunement is your first step in working with the Reiki Healing principle, and will enable you to address your own wellbeing more fully as well as offering Reiki Healing to friends and family.

The Level 2 Reiki training and attunement will give you a deeper understanding of Reiki and enable those who wish to work more fully as a Healer to be a Reiki Practitioner

I have been offering crystal healing to my clients for the past two years or so.   More to come on that front as I hope to finalise my crystal shop at some time during the course of this year, and offer crystals for sale directly from this site. However, you can still purchase crystals from me although the images are not yet available.

I began to offer crystal healing as a result of the connection that drew me to working with crystals.  I work with crystals intuitively, selecting the crystals that feel appropriate for each client.  This is usually done before I have met my client, but the crystals selected are always appropriate for their needs when they arrive at my healing room.

I am now also offering a crystal formula service tailored to your own personal needs and crystal chakra sets selected intuitively.  My crystals are carefully sourced from a supplier in Singapore, who has an in depth understanding of crystals and their healing properties, and deals only in high quality crystals. An increasing number of clients are in need of emotional healing as a result of situations in their lives which have left them with negative emotions. Often they encounter difficulty in releasing these emotions from their systems.  I am therefore specialising more and more in this branch of healing.

There is nowadays an increasing incidence of symptoms suggesting 'burnout' seen around us in those we love, work with or simply know through other avenues, and both Natural Healing and Reiki Healing are wonderfully therapeutic and relaxing therapies for this type of syndrome.

During the years I have worked as a Healer there has been a natural process of development, and a part of this has evolved into another branch of the healing service I offer to my clients. I have called these sessions Soul Path Consultations, as although I use my personally designed Soul Path Cards they are not 'readings' in the sense of tarot or divination sessions, although my intuition (and that of my client) often comes into the process.

The images on the cards and the insight attaching to them, are an excellent tool for helping clients to connect with their own inner awareness, thereby strengthening their ability to consider much more clearly, matters that may be troubling or confusing them. Clients often comment that the session has for them, been profoundly meaningful, and intuitive.

This page also contains feedback from clients who have attended for a Soul Path Consultation, and I find that many of my clients return at various intervals when they feel it is appropriate to re-assess where they are on their soul path.

You will see that prior to this year, I ran the last  Spirituality Connection Workshop in August 2007, and so, not before time, there are three dates for this workshop in 2009.  The reason for this is that the two dates planned were filled so quickly, some people were disappointed at missing a place.  I have therefore decided to run a third date on 10th May thall places on this date have also been filled.

The first day was on 15th March and was enjoyed by all. Everyone agreed that they loved the format of smaller groups, and that it enabled them to explore and discuss in greater depth those aspects of spirituality that they were interested in, as well as being able to take part in the 'work' aspect of the workshop.

Some of the comments I received following this day were "it felt more like a retreat than a retreat", and "I feel as though a great weight has been lifted from me"

By late summer 2008 I felt as though it would be March 2009 before I would be able to run my next workshop, but I was able to run the The Inner Awareness Connection workshop in October 2008. This workshop was a great success. The feedback from clients told me that it was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended.

There are two photos from that workshop on the December 2008 Newsletter Page .  Those of you interested in orbs will note that there is a large orb at the top of the first picture just to the left of centre.  There are in fact two or three orbs in this photo, but the smaller ones are not as visible following transfer of the image to the website.

In September 2008 I eventually issued the first long awaited Peaceful Planet newsletter which was also very well received, and my thanks go out to those of you who took the time to comment so kindly.  Christmas  and January newsletters followed, and I was able to issue an Easter Newsletter too.

Last but not least, there is a page on which you can purchase the Meditation and Relaxation CD's which I produced in response to feedback indicating how many of you would like to start meditating and know that you should relax more, but really struggle with what to do, and how to achieve a relaxed and/or meditative state of consciousness.

I continue to be informed by those who use them that these CD's are excellent for relaxation and meditation.
