This is a day to consider your-self as a whole human being. Step back and listen to your heart and your soul as well as your mind and your body. Allow yourself to heal from the pressures and stresses that invade you every day from the world around you.

Take time to meditate and to discuss with others in a friendly and like-minded group, those things that confuse or intrigue you about the more intangible aspects of your being.

It is a day of meditation, relaxation and rejuvenation; a day to let go of expectations and targets and explore what interests you most about yourself and your world. You may be pleasantly surprised at what you discover.

There is no need to remember what to bring with you for this day. Simply bring yourself and your enthusiasm for the day, all resources (mats pillows blankets writing materials etc) will be provided
