A day to step out of the constant movement of the world around you.This workshop is for those of you wish to explore the nature of your soul path, and your journey through this life. Why not join Elizabeth and a group of like minded people for this day, on a journey to meet with your inner awareness, and to nurture your deeper consciousness, with others who, like you, sense there is more, and wish to explore the intangible aspects of themselves. You will find the day relaxing and revitalising. The discussions may open your mind to possibilities you had not yet considered and the meditation will help to still your mind so that you are able to consider those possibilites.
