Amber

(Solar Plexus Chakra)

This meditation speaks of bringing light to our darkness and warmth where our energies are frozen,

whether it is from illness, injury or emotional trauma. 

Amber is technically a resin, but is without doubt of the crystal family. Its vibration is like the sun shining into our whole being, healing and strengthening, and leading the way forward out of our darkness, and pain. It connects us with the strength we need for recovery and growth.
