This meditation speaks of those times when we lose touch with our deepest inner truth. 

Amazonite is a crystal for clearing both throat and heart chakra, and assisting us in speaking our truth without being confrontational, or fearing conflict or confrontation in return. As we speak from a higher level of our consciousness so we invite a higher level of communication in return.
