This meditation speaks of those times in life where we feel the need to use our powers of communication and self expression more fully.

Apatite is a crystal that is beneficial for the brow chakra, helping us to connect more strongly with our unseen and higher levels of guidance. When we use this stone in meditation we are more likely to experience revelation and become inspired in our future endeavours. We become more able to see the world around us with increased patience and tolerance, thus communicating in a less judgemental way.
