Aquamarine

(Throat Chakra)

This meditation speaks of the process of cleansing that often needs completing throughout the different layers of our being. 

Aquamarine is a crystal that lives up to its name.  It has a wonderfully cleansing vibration, almost like crystal clear water washing away old emotional wounds that no longer serve our wellbeing.  Cooling the fire of anger it clears the throat chakra so that we can communicate in a clearer more compassionate and more balanced way.
