Blue Lace Agate (Throat Chakra) This meditation speaks of our need to communicate clearly with ourself and with others; a need that is sometimes difficult to fulfil because we lack confidence, clarity, or perhaps both. Blue Lace Agate is a cooling soothing stone which has a clearing effect on the throat chakra, helping us to make a fresh start in sharing our truth with others and in finding that truth within ourselves more easily.
