Bloodstone

(Base Chakra)

This meditation speaks of how the wellbeing of our body and our soul cannot truly be separated from each other.

Bloodstone is a crystal of purification and revitalisation of the physical body, thus empowering us to seek out and find our inner strength.  As a result we are able to think more clearly and live more wisely.  It helps us to see the truth unflinchingly and to act accordingly. In doing so our soul is strengthened and expanded.
