Dolomite

(Base Chakra)

This meditation speaks of the need to remember that whilst we have a spiritual aspect  it is also important that our human aspect is kept in balance and peaceful in order to be in harmony with that spirit.

Dolomite is a wonderful stone for bringing to us a sense of tranquillity throughout our being, and smoothing out the jagged and disharmonious aspects of our energy system.  In this way it returns to us a more complete and harmonious balance between body and spirit.
