This meditation speaks of  those times when we feel that the part of us that is strong grounded and centred, and can cope with whatever life presents us with is somehow missing.

Galena is a stone of wholeness which helps us to re-discover that inner strength and the ability to overcome the challenges we face.  It is a truly a stone for understanding ourself more completely and in so doing reclaiming our power.
