This meditation speaks of the vibration of the Lemurian Seed  Quartz, said to hold the wisdom of the Lemurians, an ancient civilisation who are believed to have been highly evolved much like the Atlanteans. 

However the Lemurian are said to have had a depth of heart and emotional spirituality lacked by the Atlanteans, and it is this heart wisdom that the Lemurian Seed Crystal is reputed to impart to those who hold or work with it. It is a wonderful stone for Healers or even if you are simply on a spiritual quest of your own. Wisdom can be imparted to all aspects of our being not, as we often believe simply to our mental processes
