Sphalerite

(Sacral Chakra)

This meditation speaks of how  in our spiritual quest we can become unbalanced and lose sight of why we are here, namely to experience physicality.

Sphalerite is a stone of balance and stability its properties being strongly associated with the first three chakras.  When we feel the vibration of this crystal we are more able to continue our spiritual journey and still maintain a healthy, balanced, and grounded physicality. To remember that our spirit cannot have this experience without our physical body is to respect our body for its role in our life.
