I was one of the attendees at Elizabeth's Chakra Workshop. What a day we had, new and old friends sharing a truly fantastic day. Nothing at all like I expected, it was everything and more besides.
I understand Elizabeth is holding workshops for groups of six people so anyone who is interested in or wanting to know more about the Chakra System - what a great way to start.

I attended the Chakra Workshop with Elizabeth recently. It was yet again another fantastically, relaxing, informative day.
The information I absorbed has and will benefit my reiki training (also recieved from Elizabeth).
It is lovely to be in the company of other like minded people.

This workshop will be a day of relaxation, meditation and exploration of your chakra system. Looking at the what, where and why of your chakras, and more importantly perhaps how do these mysterious chakras that are spoken of so often in the field of healing and spirituality, affect you and your life experience.
Take this opportunity to gain an introduction to the chakra system, and to find answers to a lot of frequently asked questiona.
There is no need to remember what to bring with you for this day. Simply bring yourself and your enthusiasm for the day, all resources ( food and refreshments cushion pillows blankets writing materials etc) will be provided

Hi Christina, Sue, Nicola and Pat, lovely to meet you all on Elizabeth's excellent Chakra workshop day. I wasn't at all sure what to expect from the workshop and an unforeseen pleasure was meeting you all.
I gained such a lot of useful information and explored my own connections with my chakras all under the gentle yet expert guidance of Elizabeth who intuitively explained our thoughts and feelings.
I must also say the workshop handbook was the best I have ever received from a day workshop and will be really useful to me in future. Thank you so much Elizabeth for all your hard work (and thank Jack for that delicious cake!)
