The Soul Path Connection workshop is a day to listen to your heart and your soul as well as your mind and your body.

Consider the nature of your soul path, and your journey through this life. Allow yourself to heal from the pressures and stresses that  constantly invade all of us in this life,  in a day of relaxation, meditation and exploration.

You may find at the end of this day that you have more energy, more clarity, and more food for thought. There is no need to remember what to bring with you for this day.  Simply bring yourself and your enthusiasm for the day, all resources ( food and refreshments cushion pillows blankets writing materials etc) will be provided

Whilst some of us prefer to train in a group it is not for everyone.
